Drawing Plein air from the Lawn at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center

I sketched this graphite pencil drawing on site at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center, Fullerton, CA. I sat observing the vast lawn beside the cultural center, and observed the tall Eucalyptus lining the lawn's edge. I noticed a neighborhood of homes through the trees openings, and selected a single one as if it stood alone.
